This workshop is designed especially for those who feel anxious, intimidated, or simply want to understand the Reformer before joining regular classes.

Unlike the standard 50-minute Reformer classes, this is aย 70-minute workshopย withย two teachers and only five participantsย โ€” which means loads of hands-on support, guidance, and time to ask questions.
